FOR TRUCKS STAGED IN
THE FRONT PARKING LOT:
Use the code provided during the Truck Share self-dispatch process to unlock the padlock/wordlock on the rear cargo door of the truck. The keys will be inside the cargo area. The lock can be placed near the front door to Suite 111 (lock stays at the location).
FOR TRUCKS STAGED IN THE BACK PARKING LOT:
Locate the black lockboxes near the rear door to Suite 111 (see photo). Use the code provided during the Truck Share self-dispatch process to unlock the wordlock for the lockbox number provided to you. Obtain the keys and place the lock back on the box.
IF YOU ARE RETURNING BACK TO OUR LOCATION:
If you arrive back after-hours, please park the truck in the rear lot and place the keys in the bright orange dropbox next to the door for Suite 111. Please do not park in front of the loading docks or trash dumpsters.
