where is styles az & u-haul located?
Our main store entrance is in the Food City / Hobby Lobby shopping center, near Ace Hardware and Subway. The address for the main entrance is 1799 Kiowa Ave STE 111.
The shopping center is on the corner of Highway 95 and Kiowa.
Look for SUITE 111, the Styles AZ sign on the building, or the U-Haul sign in the parking lot.
where are all the trucks and trailers?
The main U-Haul lot is in the rear of the building. Don’t worry if you don’t see any trucks or trailers in the main shopping center parking lot out front… we have a huge lot out back!

need a towing inspection?
We can check your vehicle’s towing capabilities at our location with a free towing inspection. No appointment is needed, but we advise you to avoid coming in at store opening or within an hour of closing since there may be a line during those times.

what about insurance?
U-Haul offers its optional SafeMove and SafeTow damage protection. Click here for more info on the U-Haul coverage options.
If you decline coverage, you will be charged for any new damage at the time of return. U-Haul does not interact with your auto insurance, you will be responsible for seeking reimbursement from your insurance.

afterhours returns
We offer 24-hour U-Haul returns at our location. Please park the truck or trailer in the main U-Haul lot (rear of building) and drop any keys and/or paperwork in the bright orange dropbox next to our back door. You can also utilize the online self check-in feature on the U-Haul website if you wish.
what do i need to bring for my rental?
U-Haul renters will need to bring and present a valid and unexpired physical government issued driver’s license. U-Haul does not accept expired licenses or mobile/photo copies. You license will be scanned into the U-Haul system. You should receive a link from U-Haul after making your reservation to upload your license photos before arriving to save time at the rental counter.
If you wish to add additional authorized drivers to your rental, those drivers will need to present their driver’s license to be scanned into the system also.
You will also need your form of payment. A credit/debit card if preferred by U-Haul. If you use cash or a prepaid card, you will have an additional mandatory security deposit added to your total by the U-Haul system.
If you are renting a trailer, you will need a hitch system with a 2″ Ball and the appropriate 4-Flat lighting plugin. If you do not have these, they may be purchased at an additional cost.
